How long does a typical repair take?

Most iPhone screen and battery replacements are done within 1-2 hours once you're booked in. MacBook battery swaps and water-damage assessments can take 1-3 days depending on parts.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes — we're appointment only. Send an enquiry through the contact form with your device and the issue, and we'll come back to you to arrange a time that suits. There are no set opening hours and no walk-ins.

What's your warranty?

Every repair comes with a 12-month parts guarantee. If the screen, battery or any part we fitted develops a fault under normal use within 12 months, we'll replace it free of charge. Accidental damage (e.g. dropping the phone again) isn't covered.

Are your parts genuine?

We use a mix of OEM-grade and high-quality aftermarket parts depending on what's available and what you choose. For iPhones we offer LCD, OLED and OEM screen options and we'll always tell you which type we're fitting before we start, with the price for each on the website.

Question 5

Will repairing my screen affect Face ID or True Tone?

Accepted Answer

We're careful to preserve Face ID by transferring the original sensor assembly across to the new screen. True Tone may be disabled on some aftermarket screens — we'll let you know up front if that applies to your device.

Do you fix water-damaged phones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We open the device, clean the logic board in an ultrasonic bath where appropriate, and assess what's salvageable. The diagnostic is free; if the phone can be saved we'll quote you before any further work.

How much does an iPhone screen replacement cost?

It depends on the model and screen type (LCD or OLED). All prices are published on our pricing page so you'll see the exact figure before you book. Most newer iPhone OLED screens sit in the $150-$320 range including parts and labour.

Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. We can issue a tax invoice on request.

Can I get a quote without bringing the device in?

Accepted Answer

Yes — send a few photos through the contact form, or use our AI device scanner to identify the model and likely repair. We'll come back with a written quote and arrange an appointment time that suits.

What if you can't fix my device?

Accepted Answer

If we open it up and decide the repair isn't viable (e.g. board-level damage that isn't economical to fix), there's no charge — you only pay if we actually carry out a repair.

Do you repair Android phones?
